Drink #1: Raspberry Christmas Crush
Makes 1 Cocktail
You will need a cocktail shaker or a mason jar
6 Raspberries Muddled
Add:
2oz Vodka (plain or orange infused)
1oz Cointreau Liqueur (orange-flavored liqueur)
1oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
2 teaspoons of Agave Liquid (or to taste)
Add ice and shake until all ingredients are mixed and container becomes cooled.
Pour into your favorite glass add garnish and a splash of sparkling water. (Not too much…you don’t want to dilute the mix.)
Drink #2: Maple Whip on Spiked Butter Rum
Makes 1 Drink
Butter Mix:
1Tablespoon Unsalted Butter
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
2 teaspoons of Agave Liquid
Maple Whip Cream Topping:
1 C of Heavy Whipping Cream
2 Tablespoons of real Maple Syrup
Spiked Ingredients:
1.5 Oz of your favorite Spiced Rum
.5 Oz of Cointreau
For the water, you can use boiling water or you can add cinnamon sticks and star anise to your water for added flavor.
Place your butter mix at the bottom of your drink. Pour boiling water over the top and stir. Once the butter is mixed add 1.5 oz of your favorite spiced rum. Top with a splash of Cointreau and stir. Add a heavy dollop of your homemade Maple Whip.
Drink #3: Ancho Chile Mexican Hot Chocolate
Makes 4 Hot Chocolates
1 Tab of Abuelita Chocolate
4 C of Whole Milk
4 oz of Ancho Reyes (Ancho Chile Liqueur)
Heat milk and tab of chocolate on low heat and stir. Pour into cups and add Ancho Reyes with your favorite topping. Marshmallows or plain whip cream are great.
