Pizza, Boating, and the Caribbean… could it get any better? Tara & Sasha spent time in St. Thomas Virgin Islands and then asked each other a simple question, “Do you want to go back?” And they both said no! But in order to stay they needed to create a sustainable way to make a living while also using their experience and talents. After some brain storming and a couple beers (perhaps not in that order)… PIZZA Pi was created.

Owners Sasha and Tara Bouis rebuilt their aluminum sailboat themselves and named the boat “Pi” with the PiZZA Pi business in mind. The boat is completely customized to provide customers with an authentic experience, from the commercialgrade pizza ovens to the oversized pickup window and eyecatching “dazzle camo” paint job. PiZZA Pi brings the popular stateside phenomenon of food trucks to the waters of the Virgin Islands in the form of a familyfriendly and unique takeout dining experience that also reflects the funky vibe of the islands.
