KYD55 is our 55-day healthy habit challenge. It’s completely free and entirely up to you on what habits you want to create. The purpose of the challenge is to create a supportive environment to encourage each other that creates momentum. The basis of the challenge is to stick to the five pillars of the program daily for 55 days: Nutrition, Excercise, Water consumption, Reading, and Service. It’s up to you which nutrition and exercise plan is best for you, but whatever you decide, stick to it for the duration of the challenge.

We do this for no other reason than we feel called to bring the KYD Community together to focus on what’s truly the most important thing in our lives, our health. “Those that have their health can have countless dreams and those that don’t have only one”. For the KYD Community, dreams are often realized after the kids are grown or in retirement and it’s never too late to establish the healthy habits that will keep us in the driver’s seat of our health and have the vitality to Keep Your Daydream!
