Luke shares his insights on fitness, hydration, nutrition and even some exercises that you can do while traveling, sailing, RV’ing or in a hotel.
The Air Squat: Luke suggested that one of the best exercises that we can anywhere is the Squat. It’s simple, safe and activates the major muscle groups to gain strength. He also mentioned that it’s one of the key exercise for the booty! Add a lunge and box step up for even greater results.
The Burpee: Luke suggest that this is one of the best all around exercises that can improve our strength and conditioning. If you’re not at the level to complete a burpee in one single motion, take it in steps.
